Fuel Type Selection (LP vs Natural Gas)
If you select Liquid Propane (LP):
- A conversion kit is required
- This is an additional cost and must be purchased separately
👉 This ensures safe and proper operation with propane fuel.
Full LED Spectrum Requirement
If you choose the Full LED Spectrum lighting option:
- A 120V AC power outlet is required
👉 This allows the LED system to function properly and deliver the full ambient lighting experience.
Fireglass (Media) Requirements
All Kalea Bay fireplaces require large broken fireglass (media) for proper operation and appearance.
Required amounts by size:
- 36” Model: 15 lbs (½”–¾” glass)
- 48” Model: 20 lbs (½”–¾” glass)
- 60” Model: 25 lbs (½”–¾” glass)
- 72” Model: 25 lbs (½”–¾” glass)
