Call me old fashioned but I prefer to speak to a human being...Not AI. The few times I did speak to a human, you could tell that they were reading from a script... I can't stand that! I want to have a natural, conversation with someone who listens to my specific needs and finds a solution to what exactly I'm looking for. 

That's when I decided to do something about it. As a backyard BBQ enthusiast and outdoor lover myself, I started Backyard Chillaxin to make premium backyard living simple and exciting—no more hassle, no more disappointment...No AI. I hand-pick every piece that is shown. (from Outdoor Kitchens, cozy fire tables to high-end patio sets and pizza ovens) because I'd proudly put them in my own backyard. It's just me running the show, which means every decision, every curation, and every customer interaction comes straight from someone who genuinely cares about turning ordinary backyards into your favorite chill zone. That means when you call, I actually will answer the phone and will have just as much passion if not more, in making your vision or dream of a backyard come to life as you do.
